Each necklace pairs a rare Hawaiian Sunrise Shell with a luminous opal, hand-set in 14K gold fill with a sterling silver backplate and strung upon a gold fill chain. The chains are 18 inches long. Should you prefer a different length, please leave a note at checkout.

Thoughtfully designed to capture the warmth of the sunrise and the iridescent glow of the ocean, no two necklaces are ever exactly alike. It is considered very lucky to find a sunrise shell, as they are rare and endemic to Hawaii, often found only at great depths. No shells are ever picked alive.
