SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Each White Sand Jewelry piece is handcrafted and made to order with great care.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for made-to-order pieces to be created. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping does not shorten processing time unless a rush order has been arranged in advance. Additional fees apply for expedited or rush requests.
White Sand Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable or returned packages.

White Sand Jewelry ships all international orders via UPS to ensure fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs processing is outside of our control and may cause delays.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. White Sand Jewelry is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, White Sand Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier processing, or international transit. Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Refused or Returned Packages
If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address details, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to truly love your jewelry.
Please review all sizing, measurements, and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. While we do our best to photograph pieces accurately, variations in lighting, angles, and screen displays may affect appearance.
Exchanges & Store Credit
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at
whitesandjewelry@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.
Once the item is received and approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued for the item’s value minus the original shipping cost.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are generally not eligible for exchange or return.
Ring resizing or chain length adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@whitesandjewelry.com prior to ordering with any questions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While rare, damage during transit can occur.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be returned within 2–3 days of receipt, and we will promptly remake and ship your replacement.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the State of Hawaii are subject to 4.5% sales tax.
