Each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, specifically for you. Although I do my very best to get orders out as quickly as possible, please allow five to seven business days for your one of a kind design to be created. This does not include the shipping time for delivery.

Ready to Ship pieces will be shipped within three business days. 

All items will be shipped via USPS.

If you need your order faster, please upgrade your shipping at checkout. Please note that additional charges will apply for expedited, rush orders. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages.

For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Fees are determined by the recipient's destination country and based on the retail value on your invoice; these fees are out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

I make sure to list accurate sizes and measurements for all of my pieces. Please know your size before ordering. I try to take very accurate pictures, but please keep in mind that colors will vary from monitor to monitor. Please read the description of the item carefully before ordering.

Due to the handmade nature of White Sand Jewelry, all of the jewelry sold on WhiteSandJewelry.com is Final Sale. I will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email me at info@whitesandjewelry.com with your questions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for a resize. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit. 

Items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for refunds. 

I do not accept refunds on custom orders due to the time and resources that go into this service. Thank you for understanding.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that an item is damaged in transit. I take every care when I package your jewelry, however should it arrive damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt. The damaged jewelry must be returned with 2-3 days of receiving and we will work immediately to get your new order made and shipped.

 

SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the State of Hawaii will incur a 4.5% sales tax charge.
