SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, specifically for you. Although I do my very best to get orders out as quickly as possible, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your one of a kind design to be created. This does not include the shipping time for delivery.
Ready to Ship pieces will be shipped within five business days unless otherwise stated.
All items will be shipped via USPS.
If you need your order faster, please upgrade your shipping at checkout. Please note that this does not change the current processing time. Additional charges will apply for expedited, rush orders. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be head over heels in love with your jewelry!
We make sure to list accurate sizes and measurements for all of our pieces. Please know your size before ordering. We try to take very accurate pictures, but please keep in mind that colors will vary from monitor to monitor. Please read the description of the item carefully before ordering.
If you would like to initiate an exchange or store credit, please contact us via email at whitesandjewelry@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can figure out how to best help you. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Please note per our policy, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
Once we receive the item, we will issue an exchange or a store credit for the items value minus our original shipping cost.
Custom Orders- Because they are made specifically for you, custom orders are typically ineligible for an exchange. I will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email me at info@whitesandjewelry.com with your questions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Unfortunately it sometimes happens that an item is damaged in transit. I take every care when I package your jewelry, however should it arrive damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt. The damaged jewelry must be returned with 2-3 days of receiving and we will work immediately to get your new order made and shipped.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the State of Hawaii will incur a 4.5% sales tax charge.
